Biometrics completed: 28-Feb-25
Medical submitted (delay due to travel): 22-Mar-25
IRCC asked for proof medical exam was done (uploaded receipt same day): 26-Mar-25
Background verification: 26-Mar-25
Medical marked completed: 03-Apr-25
Ghost update: 03-Apr-25
Ghost update: 07-Apr-25
Eligibility confirmed: 07-May-25
Final decision: 12-May-25
P1: 12-May-25
P2: 03-Jun-25

Waiting for eCOPR. I am guessing it will early August, unless they speed up processing times soon.

They have to travel at the end of July, so might ask IRCC to pause processing so that they don't need to return via US and then cross at the land border.

UPDATE: my relative got their eCOPR on 3-Jul-2025. IRCC has sped up the processing!

That was: 171 days after AOR, 58 days after final decision, and 30 days after Portal 2 e-mail.

Single applicant, CEC program & French language proficiency category. CRS score 539

Just need to get the PR card now (and figure out alternative travel plans for them since they are going abroad at the end of July).

It's not the most efficient way. However, please confirm with the IRCC agent whether they sent a P2 request that you might have missed. If they did not send P2, simply reply to the P1 email with all the required details again.

That’s true but there are people who are waiting for P2 since April as well
