1. I am working for an employer for i.5 years now, I have employers name on my work permit. but for some reason I am not getting those 50 points.
2. Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?
what answer should I pick? I have No selected currently.

1 - Do you have LMIA or
2 - Do you have your employer's name on your work permit?

If not, then you do not qualify for those points.

I am not getting my 50 points yet. I had the post grad WP which I changed into closed WP with employer name on it 2 months ago. I have a full-time permanent job and I am working there from last 20 months. I am pretty sure I am eligible for 50 points but doing something wrong here.

Updated the answers this morning and showing new score now.

I have worked in Canada for 1 year and 4 months in a job that is NOC 2171 (and I am currently still working here), will I be eligible for the 50 points? if yes, do i have to select that i have a valid job offer and what does that entail?

1) I dont have an LMIA but I am issued a work permit that has my employers name on it. I am a SINP nominee-International skilled worker with employment offer category. I am issued a work permit that is LMIA exempt due to the PNP nomination but restricted to my employee. Hence, the employers name on the work permit. Please advise.

Mate PGWP does not qualify for 50 Points.

My question to you would be: will you "have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa."

If so, I reckon you can claim those points.

Hi Am - No you do not qualify for the 50 points. I am also on a PGWP and working but I am only getting the 30 points as I have a Masters from Canada.

Yes you do. You need to answer the new questions to get those points

I just got my additional 30 points.. it took approx 24h to update. The only thing I updated is the education section, where I modified my Canadian degree with answering new questions they have there.

Need some help here when you update the education for the Canadian education record. The new questions should be yes,yes,DLI number, no,no,correct?

Cuz, I still did get the updated score, so want to know if answer the questions wrong.
