i am still not sure if its a 100% rejection since i have sent all the relevant documents and re-calculated the points and its coming around 68-69... but may be i am rejected as i am just at the border..... I may be wrong because my perspective of calculating might be completely different from...

education 21 points. [graduate with 16 years of full time education] Work 17 points 3 years of work experience spouse 4 points [graduate] IELTS band 8 16 points Age 27 years 10 points. Total is 68 points.

frankly speaking may be my education details since i did a BCA through distance eduation .. however i did post all the transcripts in its original [sealed and signed from the university people] and posted as it is to CHC....apart from this i really dont see a reason to get rejected as i did post...

Because of the information which we see when click on the link i am confused..... In most cases if its just the eligibility review completed in the details it means a probable rejection.... But due to the reason that the information is not updated in the internal link iam really confused...

i guess there is a wait time of ateast 3-4 weeks for any update from the time of ECAS update stating "received by visa office"....

if Vancouver is not coming under the provincial immigration act you are still eligible... how ever as per my knowledge Vancouver is one of the costliest places to live.......

the processing rate has definitely slowed down at CHC ND coz nobody has any updates from past 2 weeks atleast and there is a long time to go charbonel.... good luck

i would suggest not to create any sort of conflicts in your job duties or job responsibilities make it as close as possibe to the noc 0213 and make sure you keep the same in the initial document you send to CIC NS and also after that to your local visa office......
