    I do not know your timeline but they ask biometric after AIP or DM. If you got any of them and they asked your family documents, it would not take much. They will send biometric letter soon.

    Webform has 2 MB limit. In my case VO asked me to send files via e-mail and any file should not be more than 3 mb. also if total attachment size is over 5 mb they request them with multiple e-mails.

    if you get RTD once then after PR they issue RTD for you again. basically certificate of identity is for PR holders who do not have refugee claimant background. so you can use your valid RTD after PR as well
