Work permit delay in visa processing

Applied in Sep 2020 and still waiting. Looks like the processing has been very slow due to COVID. I have seen some people post that they have received the PPR who have applied in August from countries that have lesser requests. The average processing time does not seem to work as mine has gone well past 11 weeks posted for Oman. So all I can say is hang in there.

A little background, i have got a job offer from a reputed company( have given many interviews and had a talk with people working there) and yeaterday have recieved an LMIA under gts category. I am applying from India
My question is:-
1. Can I use this gts category LMIA for my PR application to get 50 points?
2. Also what are my options now using this LMIA.?
3. Will my application be processed within 2 weeks?
4. After creating application for work permit when will i be recieve BIL.

In applying for work visa officer said
I am not convinced the offer letter is authentic
I feel the one I uploaded was the unsigned one offer letter ,as the employer gave me to read through first and I signed before I sent employer to sign.
Do you think without the employers signature could make them say it is not authentic orcould there be something else?
If paradventute I attached the one that was actually signed by the employer what do you think could make the VO say he does not believe the offer letter is authentic ?
Your advise please.

Yes was refused.I applied for Lmia exempt under francophone mobility pathway.
the timing was so short in less than 2 weeks of processing .Every other thing was passed like background and medicals. I did upfront medicals.

I think one of the reason of the refusal is the unsigned job offer you mentioned.
But may i know from which country did you apply?

Is there a possibility to check the submitted documents in my account just to verify which document I uploaded?
As I want to be sure if I uploaded the signed or unsigned document.

Hi i am not sure if this is possible. What i knew is that you can see the pdf uploaded in your account but you can’t view it once submitted. So I think there’s no way you can view your submitted file unless you save a copy of it in your computer like what we did.

Unfortunately I saved both signed and unsigned using the same file name.But the area I stored them in the computer shows its the unsigned one I uploaded.
Is there any other thing I can do to reapply besides uploading the signed one?
