Do not give up yet. You can still apply & hope for the best. You can still get an ITA if other applicants with same noc code have low score points which can make them to bring down the minimum score threshold.

I am also at 65 if created my SINP express entry profile.

i wrote somewhere else:
"
https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/applicants-international-skilled-workers/assess-your-eligibility

It is too F' strict or say unfair.

"
B: SKILLED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • The work experience claimed must be relevant to the single occupation you've selected in your application.
  • One year of work experience refers to 12 full months of work experience.
a) In the 5 year period prior to application submission date
5 years
10
4 years 8
3 years 6
2 years 4
1 year 2
b) In the 6-10 year period prior to application submission date
5 years 5
4 years 4
3 years 3
2 years 2
Less than 1 year 0
"
I just called the immigration office in Regina, and the job experience code has to be one and only, which means if you switch job (to a slightly different area) after entering Canada, and you use this new job code for application then other previous jobs of different codes cannot claim any point.

And
"
Close family relative in Saskatchewan
(The applicant or accompanying spouse has a family relative that is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Saskatchewan. This includes: parent, sibling, grandparent, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, cousin and step-family members or in-laws of the same relationships. The family members in Saskatchewan must meet the requirements as listed under “Required Documents” for your ISW sub-category)
"
can get you 20 points - the total maximum for all is 100, and the last draw is 68.

I am just speechless ..."

For now, I just don't see any luck with points less than 67 ...

I received sinp but my proof of funds is not up to three months. Is there a way I can formally cancel my nomination and apply again?

As per 68+ points got invited
Thank you, Sir.
Do you think i should apply for SK express entry now or wait till January (i only have 65)?
Current my CRS is 463 and only valid before the end of January due to birthday.

If by the end of January i am not in, i think i will ask my employer to apply for the Job Approval Letter, through the graduate category then ... long wait.
I suppose i cannot apply for SK express entry and the graduate category at the same time, am i right?

By the way, where is the link for SK draws? I only found some PDF file available.
And still confused with "Candidates with 69 points or higher were invited to apply. Candidates invited to apply with 68 points had 10 years of work experience and a language level of CLB 7 or higher."

Any suggestion is welcome.

dear if you have a score of 463 you would be able to apply if your NOC is in demand list ,
Only pdf available to download SK
