As per SINP website niece and nephew are considered as close relatives if their parents are your siblings.

And by course to course verification do you mean WES course to course assessment?

Not necessarily WES, can be any body. If you got your ECA from WES then you can apply for report up-gradation since they have your documents and ask for course to course verification.

Documentation is so overwhelming and important that until I receive nomination nothing is guaranteed
