What do you mean by ADR? (Additional Document Request)??

Yes, I am divorced but don't have a court order or divorce decree yet. That is what IRCC was asking for in PFL.
How is PFL a serious issue? I assume that if IRCC needs more details, they issue a PFL not a direct rejection. I see this as an opportunity to provide more concrete details rather than misrepresentation or limited information.
what do you think?
So you are separated, not divorced? Has it been finalized? If not, you show separation agreement. A PFL is serious because means IRCC wants to reject your application.

yes, I have provided the separation and court case documents to demonstrate my separation status as a response to PFL.
I appreciate your view on PFL, but I don't think a PFL means IRCC wants to reject the application.
If they want to reject, then why do they need to issue a PFL? They can simply reject it, but here they are giving another opportunity since it is something they think is necessary to consider.

They are giving you a chance to explain your misrepresentation. You said you were divorced but you are not. You are separated. Do some reading of PFL and what it means. Did you say you were divorced...are you? What did you check off? PFL means they feel they have grounds to reject your application. It doesn't mean they will, just that have evidence to do so.
