Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

Landed on Jan 20th, got my PR card on March 9th.
Exactly 46 days as said in CIC website

For all who have gotten their PR cards, do you get an email stating that the PR card has been dispatched. I am assuming it is a NO, but wanted to confirm anyway.

No emails for regarding PR card dispatched.
But if your photo didn't match the requirement they will send an email asking you to send your pic

I 'landed' (had an interview in Calgary) on 2 Feb, and only found out at the interview that they destroy your current work permit. My PR card was sent to production on 3 March, but as of Friday hadn't been posted out yet..

You will get your PR card by regular mail
If they have sent it for production you should get ur card by next week.

If anyone wants to phone CIC to ask about their PR card processing, it's 1888 242 2100, then press 2 3 2 0 to get through to an agent. Just have your client number ready and they'll ask you for full name, date of birth and country. The milestones are just sent to production (for printing) and mailed out.

Hi, I landed same day as you, and I called them this morning, they told me my card still in production and maybe delayed to March 19th. May I ask you when did you call them and know that your card already be mailed out? Because I have planned a trip and need to leave the country next week.... Hope they have mailed my card out as well this afternoon...

I'm leaving on a trip too! Unfortunately mine hasn't been posted yet when I called today, but that's what I'm asking them to check when I phone. I know it's been in production since the 3rd. I heard about the delays too but only from one person and I've phoned a few times

I sent my requested photos via FedEx international Priority to the PO BOX address and it was received today by a M. KRSZWDA. Will it be an issue being that I sent it to a PO BOX address?

What date did you land in feb?

Well if it has been received then I am guessing it should be fine....usually fedex/ups won't take a package from you if its going to a PO Box. Kind of strange that Fedex would accept a package which is going to a po box - I tried doing it once and they told me they can't accept it because I have a PO Box in the address
