Hi,

I landed on Jan 26th 2017, i am still waiting for PR card, the status of cic changed to decision made from complete.

Is some one can tell how much time will it take to receive pr card. and why status changed to decision made again.

I tried using through ECAs but everytime it prompts message we are not able to find details... Please suggest

Hi All,

I tried calling on the call center number to find out about the PR Card status but am not being able to establish any connect with them. I guess it is not possible to connect with them from outside Canada.

Can we ask a friend/family member to call on the number on our behalf to find out about the PR card status?

How else can one find out the status?

Please suggest.

Hey guys.

Would love to share status of my pr card.

I landed on 14th, Feb, 2017 and is waiting my first pr card.
I called call centre yesterday afternoon and spoke with an agent regarding my status.
The kindly agent advised me my pr card already sent this Monday(20th, March) early morning and should arrive it in 5-10 business days.
I hope to receive my pr card before I go to trip!

Guys today I called CIC and they told me my card is sent out for production/printing. How much time does it takes from production to mail out? Any experienced person here who can answer this.

Was just informed that my PR card was mailed out on Monday - March 20. So let's see when i get them here in Toronto.

Thats great that you got it so fast within 2 days of it getting mailed out. From what I have seen is it usually takes 4 business days

The agents said that they recommend that the PR Cards are not couriered outside Canada as they may be ceased and it is only onmy discretion that I ask my friend to courier it.

Is it advisable not to courier the PR Card outside of Canada?

I have submitted photo on 8 March and they received on 16 Mar and since then file is in production...

Any idea when I will get card ??
