I landed on 20 January, called them and they told me the card was sent on 14 March and to wait 6 weeks for delivery. It will be 6 weeks on Monday.

What are the next steps if card is not delivered? Do I need to send photos again?

Thanks!

Thanks for the update mzaarija.

is there a way we can track/check our PR card status ?

I landed on 16th March.

Hi Folks,

landed on 13 Feb 2016 in Toronto (My Spouse and myself)
PR Card Status : Spouse - Received PR card by 56 days, I being the principal applicant is yet to receive it :(

Any idea what's the reason for the delay?
Whom should contact?
What are the steps inform CIC?

Thanks,

Jai

I think you need to call them and ask for status... I guess you may re-submit your photos, sometimes CIC agents will initiate this process only after you call them.

@ Kiranmayi

i am regularly checking ecas status but it is still showing "Decision Made". no change in it after landing.
However my current Canadian address is updated there, which gives me some home that things are moving in right direction.
has your ECAS status changed after landing ??

Just call CIC Call Centre and ask about the whereabouts of your card.
In our case, which was a family of four landing together, received our cards on separate days.

Hi,
I got a request for new photographs for my new PR card. So I sent the photos alongside my COPR and supplementary information form. But I didn't send the request letter from CPC-Sydney. Will there be any processing delays because of this or is everything normal and under control?

Many people send photos without even receiving a re-submission letter. In their case, they receive the information from CIC Call Centre and find out that the case is pending new photos, so they send it to CIC. And it works. Try reading the older posts and you'd get the idea.
Moreover, read the letter again, carefully. Does it instruct you attach the letter with the new photos?

I am in a similar situation. I landed on January 22nd at Pearson, my wife got her PR card on March 9th and I was requested to resubmit my photos.

New photos received by CIC on March 29th and still waiting for my PR card. No wonder how long it will take.

Your card should be mailed before apr 29, then you should receive in a week

The email I got not have my name. Therefore, I wrote a letter with UIC no, enclosed landing paper so that they knew who I was. I received after a month I sent photos

Well, that's the dilemma. The letter that I received instructs me in block letter to attach the letter with the new photos or else I will be facing processing delays. I have sent supplementary information form with my UCI number though. So I am kindda hoping that they confirm my status by checking that UCI number. However, with the way CPC-Sydney is working, it is also highly likely that they put my application in a file to be reviewed in normal processing time (which is 56 days now) and I will be receiving my PR card after 2 months instead of usual 3 weeks. In any case, the waiting continues.
