Waiting for PR Card after landing - add your case here

I don't understand how this is possible. My husband landed on November 2 and still no PR Card. This isn't acceptable. We would have liked to travel to the US as his sister and brother are there and we can't do anything but sit and wait.

We called the call centre and all they said was they will put a note into the Sydney office to find out where it is. We have had zero communication from them. So frustrating. After the long process of getting him here and now waiting over 3 months for the card.

What concerns me as they were asking him if he even landed - asked if the immigration office signed his landed document. Has me concerned that they lost some of his paperwork.

I landed on Jan 2, 2016, got my PR card on Friday (Feb 19). I thought I was gonna get it only in April!))

I wanted to update the spreadsheet data but did not figure out how. Is that possible at all?

Call CIC and find out what's going on. You are WAY over the processing time so they should tell you what is going on with your card.

Just called CIC, seems the first time it went to production there was a problem with the amount of characters in my name?! She just told me that 2 days ago it went back to the production team.

I guess I just give it another month for printing and distribution!

Anyone who received PR card after photo resubmission ?
and what if we all write a letter to MP related to our situation,
today CIC agent again told me that there is no time frame for resubmitted photo, which I assume is not standard answer for any official procedure. it can be forever
Once they reduce processing days into 39 this mean they have less application so why not to work on resubmitted ones .

Landed 28th August. New photo request early October. sent immediately. Still no Pr card. Almost 6 months waiting now.

When I called about my daughter's card a couple of weeks ago I was told it was ready for production. When I called a week later I was told it had been sent out (I'm hoping to receive it any day now).

If the card in in production means, it is approved, photos are as per the specifications. In next 3 to 4 weeks, you will get the PR card.

I was told at some time that my card is under production, but the next time the other rep told me my case was still in process and was not in production. Maybe you can call them several days later and see if the response is consistent.
