can any one please tell me is it compulsory to send IMM5455 form. I was asked to send two copies of photo and passport bio data page ? Why is every one sending IMM5455 ?

Does anyone have any idea how long (approximately) it has taken to receive the PR card after resending photographs.

It is really ridiculous that they wait 100 days to inform you that you're photographs are incorrect!

Received my PR card today in the mail. Still waiting for my wife's card though. We both landed on Dec 26 at Pearson.

its all luck , the only positive post is on this page only . photo resubmission received on 7 dec and possibly he will receive PRC in next week or so , else no news whatsoever

try calling cic , though it wont help much .

I got the photo request letter yesterday. The package had an envelope with printed address for 'my convenience'. My photos have already reached their address on 10th Feb. CIC Call center agents have no info on the receipt of the photos or whether the photos were ok or not. So, I wait as per usual!!

I got request too. but no where it is written that how many photos I need to send ? Can you please tell me how many photos you have sent ?

Can I ask you where did you land and which province you are? Did they mail you the request or you called the call center?

No Cover letter needed. I sent my photographs before I received the letter. The Call center agent advised me to do this. I sent two photos, COPR copy and a Supplementary Form.

Photo resubmission reached CIC on Dec07.

Called today and the nice lady told me that the card was sent out today.

Did you send photos by regular mail or express post with tracking number? How did you figure out that they received it? Did they send photo request by mail to you or just by calling to call center you understood?
