brother please can you let me know what is the considerations that the Canadian officers take into account while issuing you a P.R.T.D because i wasn't employed here and what do i provide them to justify that i would be able to meet my residency obligations. As you said the charter allows you to circulate freely within canada.
as long as you are in canada for 4 years out of 6 you get the passeport
