You should contact them and inquire since you have exceeded the normal processing time...

Landed on May 17, 2015 and received PR card November 9, 2015

Wow that's good news... Congrats... That's exactly 45 days.... I landed couple of days after you so mine should be mailed soon.. Don't know if I will get it before 20th though...

When did you status change to complete? and the address?

My family and I landed on the 2nd October and the status changed to complete one week and half ago then my address about a week ago.
Any idea when I can get the Pr Card?

I landed on 28th Sept 2015 and give my local Canada address to immigration officer.
My ECAS change to complete on 02nd Nov 2015 (after 35 days from the landing date later)
Until today 11th Nov 2015, my current mailing address not yet change to Canada local address ( still showing my SINGAPORE address).

Should I call to CIC or should I update my Canada local address from the web.
Please let me know.

You are still within the processing times though - so no point in calling.

They do not send cards outside of Canada.

After COMPLETE, it takes on an avg. 3 weeks to have your PR card on Mail (3 weeks coz, 2 weeks production of card and 1 week for mailing, appx)

This is incorrect. ECAS status nothing related to PR card.

For me, ECAS updated in the same week i landed. but PR card arrived for my family after 45 days(based on waiting period)
