I almost have a same case. My wife and son landed on 18 oct 2015 and then they received photo request on 7 march 2016 they submitted the photos on 13 march which they received on 17 march 2016. I received my son PR card on 27th march 2016 and still waiting for my wife's pr card. I called cic and they said they havent received the photos. Now i have contacted my MP and he is dealing with them.

5 April received mail to send new photos! (Almost after 75 days!)
15th April new photos received.
Never in my life met a slow system like this before!!

thanks. no they didnt we just provided COPR among of 2 copies on was already stapled with our photo
we did our landing at land border not at airport but procedure is same.

U have to wait 15 mins in order to talk to the agent. Be patient

I have a same sitiuation. I have contacted my local MP and now he is dealing with the cic. I think you shud do the same. Email your local mp and explain him/her you present situation.

Finally! I got my PR card last friday!
Landed by ground in Coutts border ( AB ) on Febrary 6th
A little bit more than 2 months to get the card.
Process finally completed. My journey started on March 2013 when I applied for the AINP ...
