Is there any update for today? There is no update at my side. I hope they will receive an answer until the end of August but it is ambigious.
No updates unfortunately. My Canadian institution will announce whether the training will be online or hybrid (both online and face to face) today. I need to pay tuition fee until 30th of August but I do not want to pay without refund. I hope the visa result will come today or tomorrow.Any updates so far?
Without refund is a huge risk. I wouldn't take this risk. I will wait until 4 September and then defer it to the January. I can not take a risk to wait until the end day of the refund deadline. (It is also complicated, deference and orientation deadline is 25 Sept. but refund deadline is 15 September. Interesting

the same except biometrics. its given on 7th August. I advise you to book your biometrics appointment asap.
I don't know whether the system shows your previously taken biometrics at the POE but you should ask Ankara about that via e-mail (ANKRA-Consular@international.gc.ca) or webform. Webform is the suggested way of communication.
As I know, without "Biometrics Collection Letter" VFS will not allow you to give your biometrics.

You made a good point. I don't understand why people advise me to give biometrics without biometrics letter. As I show you, they say "We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. " and they have not sent message to me. In conclusion, they don't need my fingerprints.I think that they would have already sent a message if they had needed because more than a month has passed. Am I right?

My friend, I don't want to hurt you.If I did, I'm so sorry. I just want to figure it out. As you said, one day after your application you got the letter of biometrics but 35 days has passed for me. If they needed, they should have wanted by now.
I understand 35 days passed for you but you still didn't get any biometrics letter, is that right? I checked your previous posts but that is not clear. You claim its not requested because they say "We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes. " I have had the same information, but I have also received a biometrics letter. I think you need to clarify that you have not received any biometrics letter after your application instead of referring to above message.
unfortunately no. I applied for GMCS notes yesterday and I am hoping to receive by September 11.
