Hey guys, I have a friend who got blacklisted from Malaysia due to overstay, but since his case is being processed in Singapore even though he applied from Malaysia before getting blacklisted, does it impact his case or will they say anything when he submits his passport for Canadian visa?

which imm forms do I first submit in to be assessed for spousal sponsorship?

You need to send all of the forms that are required based on the instruction guide that is available to you.

If you are applying Inland, you need the forms for an `In-Canada sponsorship application'. If you are applying with an Outland application, use that set of forms.

You can find out exactly what is needed from the CIC website.

Just so you know, you will send everything at the same time (Sponsor's forms, applicant's forms and all of your evidence of relationship). It's all mailed in one large envelope or box to the address in Mississauga.

Good luck!

if you want to sponser your spouse than spouse only need police clersnce you as sponser exempted from it. But if its other way thsn yes uou need police clersnce. Its clear when you fill out supplication thet need police chk for principal applicant or person who be getting PR not the one who is sponsoring

I am the Principal applicant. My question is that Do I need a Police Clearance from Canada as I am in Canada since 5 years on study and work permit visa.

Yes you need it from Canada

Wrong. You don't need police clearance from Canada. All guides clearly state police reports are needed from all countries other than Canada.

hey guys, I was making copies of the last entry stamp that the spousal sponsorship asks for and I juust noticed my stamp is wrong. so on my application I wrote that my last entry was on june 26 which is TRUE and I went through USA and their stamp is from 26 june, problem is the Canadian stamp says 25 june..... what should I do?? should I send a letter explaining that I definitely didn't lie on my app, but my stamp is wrong and send along the USA stamp and plane tickets as evidence? thanks!
