So what would you suggest should he apply for study permit

I have no clue. I don't really know you or your situation. Him having a study permit won't have a negative affect on a future spousal case. You will have to do more research into it on your own as I'm not knowledgeable about the process of applying for a study permit.

Ok and i have heard that immigration is going to change the 5 year law is that true or not?

No - not true. It's a new law that was recently put in place to prevent marriage fraud. CIC won't be changing it anytime soon.

Ok so what are TRV chances for a spouse

can someone tell me what is GCMS notes and why do i have to order them?
Also my ECAS went into 'in process' on aug 11 but i have not received any mail from them yet...should i b worried?

You don't have to order GCMS notes. Some people order them if their case is not moving, or if they just want to see what's happening. Also, those who are called for interviews order them to see why.
They are the notes on your file, showing you what's been done, what hasn't, and notes the officer has left about your case.

In process isn't an official step where you get a letter. It's possible that they'll send you one if they need something from you. Otherwise, it just means that they are processing your application.

Hello everybody, I just would like to ask a question. May my husband apply to sponzor me and children if he is there working not twelve months yet? He lived in Canada for 6 years as a Canadian before some time and then we lived in GB together and got married and our children were born. Now he is back in Canada and we wish family to reunite. If we ve already applied for citizenship certificate for our children do we need to include them in IMM008 Generic application? How long would it all take?

Your husband doesn't have to wait any time to sponsor you and your children. He could be living abroad and sponsor you since he is a Canadian citizen. Your children won't have to be included on Imm008 since they are Canadian.
To find out accurate times, check the London sponsorship thread here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/thread-for-outland-london-uk-applications-t49436.0.html

You can not move to Canada , only your children as they are Canadian , you could go as a visitor but you can not move there or live there permanently until you get your PR. You are visa exempt so you do not have to apply for a visitors visa. You could come to Canada and the CBSA may stamp your visa for 6 months or they may not . You would be best to have returning tickets just to show you have no intentions of living here illegally . You can then cancel your tickets.

You send the complete application to Mississauga. There, they check it for completeness and then approve sponsor. After sponsor approval they will then send it to the correct visa office for processing the applicant portion.

I understand. But I would like them, after I send to Mississauga, to ottawa. Is there an option to specify?

There is a place to list he visa office. However, if you are a citizen from country A residing in country B, you can list your country of residence as the visa office you would like, but it is up to the visa officers to make the final decision of where to process it. If you live in the country you're a citizen of, then of course it will be processed through that visa office.
