Hi Folks,

This is my first post in this forum , seeking advise from you all for my case

I am a HR professional (NOC 1121), 35 years old, completed professional qualification (Diploma) and MBA in Human Resources Management with
over 10 years of experience in the same profession.

My wife is 31 years old with two diplomas (07 years course) in architecture and having around 4 years experience, but she started the job as a trainee
while doing studies. Salaries paid on a cash basis, the provident fund paid only for 11 months. She left the job in January 2017 due to family commitments.

Both of us not done IELTS or WESS yet.

Please advise me on the below queries.

1. Which PNP suitable for us to apply and which occupation is most in-demand in Canada.
2. Which profile is most suitable to apply as the main applicant.
3.. What is the ideal CLB level we should target
4. Will 07 year programme in architecture ( only one year pending to get the charter ) assessed equal to Degree , if not which NOC code will be
applicable to diploma level education

Thanks
1. SINP is best option
2. You are as a principal applicant more suitable. (Check your noc in last SINP draws)
3. CLB Level 8 or more
4. Architecture is a regulated profession and it seems more difficult to get licensure etc.

You should be more research through online, best of luck.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your feedback, my NOC was in last draws, SINP will invite depend on the number of points or the occupation in demand?
Eg :- Less points with high demand occupation will have a better chance than high points with low demand occupation. Am I right?

Yes, they invite on point basis, but i have no idea regarding noc demands. In past i have seen so many applicant get invitation to apply because they have 10 years or more experience in their occupation even they had not sufficient scores.

does anyone know if IELTS need to be valid until ITA from SINP or until nomination?
Until Nomination and after that till you get your PR from Federal Government of Canada.

Quick question, is there anyone here with NOC 4033 submitted the application under EE-SINP stream? If yes, could you please share the timeline? Any info about this NOC is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I have been recently invited to apply for SINP program for the saskatchewan province. I was wondering to get assistance on couple of questions specially related to documents translations:

Firstly, do I have to provide Affidavit along with a Public Notary for all the documents, for instance, I have 3 documents which are currently in Arabic, do I have to provide 3 separate notarized affidavits, or is it fine to provide one affidavit for all Arabic translations?

Secondly, In the translator's affidavit form, what do I need to write in first and second points? Can you please check if the below is correct?

For example if I am translating a document from Arabic to English, is the below form correct?

1. I am sufficiently proficient in the ___________Arabic______language and can read,
write and understand the same.
2. I gained my understanding of the _________Arabic_______ language from XXXX university
3. I have read the document affixed hereto and marked Exhibit “A” to this, my
declaration, which is written in the ___Arabic____________ Language and I have read
over the translated document which is written in the ENGLISH language, which
is marked Exhibit “B” to this my Declaration and I declare that the contents of the
document are the same as the contents of the ___Original____________ document.
4. I make this Affidavit for the purpose of declaring that the ENGLISH translation
of this document is a faithful translation from the ___Arabic____________ language

Appreciate a kind reply from our experienced group members
Hello Azhar,,

I'm running into similar case ,, have you notarized the affidavit ? have you provided separate notarized affidavit for each translated document ?

I appreciate that you share with me your findings ,,

Regards,
JK

It can't be analyzed, it depend on the applications pending with them and their need, you can check this on the ircc website. Cut-off scores may be raised if the french speaking applicants are applying for canada PR. Canada luring franchofone people to given them 50 (maximum) additional points for their french ability.

I am talking about SINP EE cut-off score, not CRS score. Saskatchewan is giving additional 10 points for bi-lingual candidates.

I am well above minimum score of 60, but less than the cutoff. My NOC is also part of Occupation in demand

As per CRS, I fit into 2 or more certificates category on education as I have done diploma and degree. So, how many points should I claim for SINP?

Hello All,

I have one question about relatives in Saskatchewan for SINP. Suppose that the applicant applies for SINP EE and claims the points for having a relative living in Saskatchewan for at least one year continuously. After the applicant receives the SINP nomination if the relative moves out of Saskatchewan temporarily or permanently, would it affect the applicant's application to Express Entry (Federal)? There appears to be no requirement for the Express Entry (Federal) program for the relative to remain in a specific province.

Thank you

Please my friend's NOC is 0114 and he has an MBA however with a Major in Marketing. Will the Major be an issue as NOC 0114 requirement is as ff:

Employment requirements
A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field is usually required.
Several years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services are usually required.

Thank you
