Also, the cap reduced from 1000 to 775 .

There should be an option to delete the screen option.

I may be completely wrong...it seems like its anyone's guess with this game. But it may still be effectively a first come first serve system.
Their APPLICATION Threshold is 1000 and has not changed. Their nomination limit is 775 which I also believe has not changed. So they take 1000 applications and then select the best 775 out of this pool of 1000. It would make the most sense to do it this way as opposed to sifting through 1000s and 1000s of applications...but this is just speculation. So it would still pay to get in early.

The way I interpret it, the "most qualified" are the ones who meet the 60-point passing mark in the SINP Express Entry criteria. But whether they take the highest scores first and work their way down is anyone's guess.

My occupation comes in regulated occupation (software engineer)

What is this license thing.do we need to pay for it and if so whats the amount?and what is the procedure for getting license.

And can we apply without getting license?

Will it be valid for other states too?

@ sweetmann if your occupation is under regulated then without license you cnt apply.
