CIC has been unprecedently fast in your case. however, in my case last update was on 28th jan (MED passed) since then no update. i am a bit worried now. My BG is not even in progress now. Still eligiebility review in progress... (this makes me more concerned)

You might be right: I've checked the available data from the GoogleDocs table (of those, whoose data shows both "funds conversion" and "nomination" dates, all decisions - "positive"): in 28 cases the decision followed in 10 days or less. in 8 cases - the decision was made within 1 month from the "funds conversion" date; another 6 rows - with the decision made "within 2 months".

By the way - where should I check for the date of "funds conversion"? On the same page where my "Settlement Funds" docs are uploaded?

now, being aware of the fact that "funds conversion" might mean some kind of attention been paid to my application - I'm worried even more (i.e. - the attention was paid, but still no any move; what should I expect? Looks like - "nothing good" )

FRC stands for Family Registration Certificate and this certificate can be applied by any sibling of yours living in Pakistan. Apply on behalf of your parents. This certificate will have all the details of your parents family i.e. their kids.
