Hello Manvin,

I was just wondering this is 70 days you've been in "in process" what is delaying your nomination??? Why are there no nominations rolling in on the spreadsheet?

So far we can hardly make any predictions from the spreadsheet data. As it appears, there are no obvious correlation or explanation for the processing times that the 3 applicants that reported receiving nomination in comparison to the other applicants in the spreadsheet. :-\

More or less it seems as if they started processing applications in batches rather than issuing nominations by Application Number. Either they switched their procedure or something else. Maybe, similar to how a lot of persons reported their applications going "In process" roughly around the same time, perhaps we will see the same for the nominations?

@ maapleback, i hope your guess is correct. Let the nominations stream in in batches and let's get going.

It seems nominations are going to be out in batches. Those 'In Process' and waiting more than 40 days might have been put on hold so as to process other applications in FIFO order. Well, the first three rows in the spreadsheet are exceptions. But we have not heard anything since then.

*Just a thought*

Very sorry to hear Friend. What is their difficulty to ask missing docs as they are doing in other cases. What I feel is they are picking up specific fields which they want and ignoring others for silly reasons.(They did the same in FSW 2014.They said cap is not reached on their website but returned thousands of apps stating cap is reached).Even I have no hope as I belong to 4011 and my app is still received state though I submitted on 12th June.I mailed them but they didn't give any answer.
Oooh, yes... I remember that, my application was among these thousands too.

Hello All,

I am 12th June applicant and my application was changed to "In Process" 12 days back. Today, my status got changed to "Waiting on Applicant" and POF is requested again as below:
Missing and/or incomplete documents:
Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds
Only the following funds will be accepted: checking accounts, savings accounts, GICs, Mutual Funds, RRSPs, TFSAs, term deposits and time deposits.

I have produced Provident Fund as primary POF. When my application status changed to "In Process", I couldn't find PF account appearing in my profile and hence asked for a clarification from SINP, for which they responded that, they have considered PF account but I am unable to view it due to system glitch. Now, they are requesting for POF again. Do I now assume that, Provident Fund account is not considered as POF? Kindly help me seniors...

Hi,

First of all be sure that your PF amount is above requirement. I don't know whether they r considering PF or not, but I have seen below case in which they have considered PF amount after clear explanation letter provided by applicant on PF deduction.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/sinp-2015-without-job-offer-lets-dream-here-t260578.0.html;msg4073324#msg4073324

So I suggest u to send latest PF statement, your salary structure along with well explanation letter mentioning the amount and how this is contributed from your salary and employer contribution if any.

Lets hope this will work for u.

Good luck.

HI friends

I have applied for SINP EXPRESS ENTRY on 09th of June and my status of application is "waiting on applicant". I have received e-mail from SINP officials and they required following:-
1. Saving account no xxxxx , statements are not photocopied
2. Send your settlement plan.

Guide me what to do.

Hello Sandip1708, VictorPapa and other Senior members,

I tried to make my profile eligible again but was not able to....So, made a new EE Profile and mailed SINP about that. (fingers crossed !!!)

Now, about the missing doc, I have not sent my Birth Certificate.

Shall I wait that SINP will connect my new profile and give me a response, or, directly I should send them my birth certi?
Thanks.

JulieAnn,
Congrats on your nomination. That was fast anyway, 29 days after in process status! I rejoice with you.
