What if an applicant has wrongly submitted his file without attaching documents?
Can we withdraw that file and resubmit again by attaching all documents as required?
What would happen to application number which was assigned automatically post submission?

Yes, you can apply again and email/Phone CIC in order to withdraw your previous applications. See attached link for more details.

A new application number will be assigned to your new application.

You don't have to withdraw your application, in fact if you do if you don't have a valid job offer from a Saskatchewan employer you will not be able to submit a new application
because the both the occupation in demand and the express entry streams are closed for 2015. If you need to forward information to the SINP, please email and attach scanned documents to: immigration.documents @ gov.sk.ca

Inquiries about an existing file can be directed to: immigration @ gov.sk.ca or by calling (306) 798-7467.

Dont ask what is PPR after you get your DM . Its Passport Request for stamping.
COPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence.

I RECEIVED 2nd review AOR on 14th sept.2015. AND I HAVE APPLIED TO SINP ON 30TH MAY-2015. VERY LAZY THEY ARE Sad .. I M APPLICANT OF SINP WITH OUT JOB OFFER 2ND JAN-2015 SKILLWD WORKERS NOC-1111 .
