SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Hi All,

I have few questions before sending my application to CIC. Please suggest.

-I got nominated for SNIP with out job offer and its been (its been 2yrs 9days that I have taken my IELTS test) is it still valid as I already got nominated? Can I send this to CIC or should I take the test again before sending to CIC?

-I have to add my spouse in the application is it possible now as there is change in my status?

-I have seen the check list it does not mention if we have to send all the doc which we uploaded at the time of applying for SNIP (online) for example (Education certificates, referral letters, Job offer letters etc. are these required.

Excuse me if I a am asking the same question which was answered earlier. I was off from this forum due to personal reasons. Please suggest.

IELTS - Not required. CIC doesnt ask for valid one but ask for the one you already tested with. Also its not even required for O,A and B.
Spouse - You need to add if you are married before you are sending application to cic.
Other documents - Strictly not required if its not in the checklist.

Hi Ravi,

If ur marital status is changed after nomination, then I think u can include ur spouse in application to CIC. But if u already married before ur nomination, then u should have informed this to SINP at that time. So they could include ur spouse name in nomination certificate.

As u got nomination on April 22 or 23, be careful that ur file will be reached to CIO within 6 months of nomination date.

If u r from India then please take note that PCC from PSK is no longer valid now for states other then Delhi as per below link. So check this before sending file to CIO too.

Countless people are rejected in this thread are under the category FSW or CEC for which one needs to submit valid documents because its mandatory for these categories. I dont see a PNP applicant facing this issue.

FSW or CEC checklist notes:
Applicants are permitted to submit a copy of their language test results with a new application only if the original test
results were submitted with a previous Canadian Experience Class application on or after June 26, 2010 and were not
returned to the applicant. All copies of language test results must be accompanied by the photocopy of the refusal
letter from CIC and an explanation that CIC retained and currently holds the original.
Note: Language test results must not be older than two years upon date of receipt at the CIO.

PNP checklist notes:
Starting July 1, 2012, most applicants to Provincial/Territorial Nominee programs in semi or low-skilled professions
that fall under National Occupation Classification (NOC) skill level C and D are required to complete a language
proficiency test from one of the following designated agencies:
• IELTS (General Training test only),
• CELPIP (General test only), and/or
You must include a copy of your language test results with your application to CIC.

Yes. The reason for delaying is may be the ongoing SINP Express entry nominations. Hope for best.

Decision Made.
Dont ask what is PPR after you get your DM . Its Passport Request for stamping.
COPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence.

If SINP already accepted IELTS with overall 5.0, it means CIC will accept it too!
Only in London visa office they may ask for higher IELTS result (In some cases)
