SINP CLB requirement - employment offer program

Hello all,
I have an employment offer for SINP but my english score is not good for writing. I did celpip and this is my scores:
Reading 7
Writing 3
Listening 6
Speaking 7

Does this mean i have to re-take the test in order to be eligible for the International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer SINP?
Since it says that i must "have a language score of at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4" does this mean i need to get CLB 4 for all 4 sections?

Yes, you need CLB 4 in all four sections to be eligible. Your Writing at 3 is the only one below the threshold so you'd need to retake CELPIP and get at least a 4 in Writing.

The good news is CLB 4 is a low bar. It's basically functional English. A Writing score of 3 is unusual if you're already hitting 7 in Reading and Speaking. Might be worth reviewing what happened on test day. Sometimes people run out of time on one of the writing tasks or misunderstand the prompt, which tanks the score. With a bit of focused practice on the writing format you should be able to clear a 4 easily on a retake.

Not only should you be concerned about having to meet at least CLB 4 but also that you could be refused because of your low score depending on your NOC and employment offer. That is a very low score which would make working in certain industries difficult and in some cases unsafe
