My wife and daughters file is stuck at London office since March ( after medical) and we haven’t heard anything yet.
did you have any special case or did you reach out to them in some way ? Could you please guide me.

Id suggest you request details from your local MP. Some are good, some are useless, but its free and they can get further details of your app that you cant see same day ( of they feel up to it)
In my case i found out pending interview almost 3 months now so not expecting anything too soon :/
What did you say when you reached out to them? My husband's file is at LVO and we have not heard anything since medical was completed in March. I recently reached out to them last month but got no response back.
was there any emergency situation with your application ? any sort of urgency ?
I have tried reaching out to them over the email but they hardly got back to me with anything useful.

Basically they will hardly ever respond to general inquiries except with form letters saying "wait".
So generally NOT useful unless you have an actual 'actionable' question or additional info that is needed for your file.
YMMV of course.
Good news to share! The COPR in my tracker has been updated with a document number today on Sept 15. Yeah! It's has been a year for my application to reach this stage indeed.
I waited around a week… now I’m waiting for my passport to come back
