Nanana nanana Batman!

Congrats to all the guys who got MR, nice going!

Wow ! September 9th applicants have already got their medicals. As people have received their medicals on the weekends too, should we expect MRs for applications upto September 12th by this weekend ?

Yes of course. As we have seen in past couple of months, they may even send MR to Sept 13th applicants. You don't actually know when you will receive MR, but its in the ballpark.

Hey buds, I'm September 12th applicant too. Eagerly awaiting my turn.
Yes, MRs come every day of the week, even on weekends.
I think that we should see MRs for September 12th around Saturday/Sunday or early next week.

Hey Toby
Are we still going to receive MR even though we did it upfront and CIC confirmed reception and updated e-case with the same?

Some people still receive the MR. Or it'll be like Mumbai's case who directly received the RPRF.

Hello toby,
But what about after upfront RPRF?

I guess we'll see soon enough. I'm not sure. Next step after RPRF is PPR and for applicants from
visa exempt countries the CoPR.

Toby,
I did medical for my work permit.hopefully cic will use that, since I didn't receive MR yet..So you can update in the spreadsheet.

Hi Toby,

As i rcvd my med on mar 24... but my husband dint get his MR i think coz he did his medicals in aug 2013 when he came here on sowp...as i dont remember i read somewhere that this is the reason for not getting his MR.

Secondly my ecas status still shows application recd only. After how many days it changes to next step.

Third my appointment for med is march 31 and after that wen can i expect for rrpf

Yes, if your hubby underwent medicals in August 2013, then the results are still valid and can be
used for your PR application.
Your ECAS status will change at some point between receiving the MR, the results being uploaded and the RPRF request.
There's no exact time when ECAS gets updated, don't rely on the information on ECAS, like GCMS notes,
it's always outdated.
