Hello all, I got PRE-TEST RQ for my wife only (I am the main applicant). The problem is that the RQ stuck in the mail for long and we received it very late, it should be submitted in 45 days and we received after 4 months of its sending. We called the CIC and they said just send us a fax to confirm that you received it late and then mail the RQ ASAP. Anyone with a similar experience?! Does the RQ differ from one office to the other?! We are in Kitchener. Your feedback will be highly appreciated. Thank YOU.

Our time lines are almost identical. We applied in Feb.2012, In process October 2012, RQ Nov.2012 and reply to RQ was Dec.2012.
Plz keep in touch to compare timeline. Our application is a family: my husband my 2 kids and myself. Only husband got RQ'd.

St. Clair officer gave RQ form to my husband after his test (indicate he passed the test) but on his RQ form the data has been changed from March 28 to April 17 2012. We are not sure what this mean?
When I call CIC on 10/30/2012 they told me they mailed a letter (in May) but since CIC didn’t change my address so I did not receive anything back then.
To: cocosyr – CIC never said the reason why we got RQ, but my husband goes to US quite often because of his work, for myself I had two trips to the state.
