Great news, could you explain what do you mean by first mandamus and second mandamus? did you file for the mandamus yourself? did you apply for GCMS notes before that?

Yes, I sent a demand letter in December 2024 and filed a mandamus application in May 2025. I later withdrew the first mandamus application because it was filed too early in the process. Throughout the application process, I have also been requesting GCMS notes every couple of months to monitor the progress of my file.
