Some people are saying that this part here is not required anymore and other people are saying that they were able to emigrate without sending these documents.

I haven't these documents as I worked receiving less than the minimum wage required for being obligated to pay the income tax in my country. If it is still necessary to send these documents, I’ll probably be not able to emigrate to Canada yet.

I don’t want to spend time studying for the tests and spending a lot of money on the process without being certain that they’ll not require these documents from me.

1- We received your application for permanent residence on January 21, 2016.
2- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 28, 2016.
3- We started processing your application on March 14, 2016.

i need your help regarding one concern i have recently moved to saudi arabi from pakistan for job purpose so should i update this information to midi or should i wait my csq to come in pakistan because my file is in final phase and realy confused what to do now and also tell me if i need to update it then what documents i should send to update properly. And if i get csq without informing them so can i file my federal application from saudi arabi.Waiting for your reply

Hi, i received my csq last january 29, 2015. I'm planning to home for a while in the philippines maybe end of april, im still here in saudi arabia, i'm processing my exit papers. Then maybe by july or august I will leave for canada, but it depends. Maybe I will leave early june.

Last week we called MIDI and the guy says our application already started last Jan 2015 for which Verification Process has started.
Though, we lodge our application on MARCH 2014 and received our AoR on JULY 2014.

So how come on Verification Process of our Application only started last Jan 2015?

you got your AOR, right? it is with the immigration file number assigned to your application that you can access the ECAS, have you tried?
but it is confusing in deed; processing for more than 12 months?!
I hope things will be just fine for you

I tried before but the system says "invalid". From my understanding ECAS was intended "for Federal Processing only".
We're still on the CSQ application and the AoR that we had (which includes File Number and Reference Number) was for the CSQ Application.

After receiving the CSQ then you can proceed with the Federal Part where in you'll receive another AoR letter confirming that they received and open you application for Federal Processing.
Then the File Number on that AoR (Federal AoR) you'll be able to access your application thru ECAS.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is what I read from QSW Successful Applicants on this forum and from other forums. As well as with our Atty. (Cambell Cohen).

By the way, can you please share with me your timeline (Lodge Date and AoR Date)? AoT? IELTS?
Do you have your CSQ already?

My Journey began July 2011 once I got a File number.
2012 everything has been slowed down because of the closing of the Immigration Office in Damascus.
December 2014 I was put on a waiting list for the CSQ Interview.
June 2015 I took my interview and got the CSQ .

It took me sometime to get ready the documents and to fill correctly the required forms

on Jan 2016 I applied for the federal .
on Feb 2016 I got the AOR .
on March 2016 The processing started .

Very Urgent.

I just got refusal. I am chemist and they provide 0 point for chemistry as per present area of training.
I put file on 14th Feb 2013 and at that time Chemistry was under Section B with 12 points.

I need list of area of 2013 and new one also August 2013.

I am sure someone must have it.
