Hello every one.. do you think BIQ-HK will accept notarized copy for ss contribution instead of certified true copy or orginal? I dont want to send my original since i might have difficulties obtaining a new copy of it nor the company doesn't certify documents as true copies pls advice.

please help me.as i have completed my a1 & A2 in 2009.today i meat one lawer he is a iccrc member and he is saying delf is life time valid and i can put the file.but my question if i put the file and file will b rejected due to older result i will lose 60000 of immigration fees.i am very much confused.

Dear c82, The lawyer is correct when he says that Delf is valid for lifetime but for quebec immigration people, they will not accept a delf score which is more than 2 years old.

hi MSN07,
I m sure, it will be very lucky for us , if we will get interview date in this nov-2012 mission.
As you can see there are almost 1000+ applications submitted between ur AOR date and my AOR date and 10000+ applications between my AOR date & Aislam 's AOR date. As per this tracker, he will be the first member from the list to get his interview date.

@ 1000 interview per month, probably our turn will turn around in the month of Jul/Aug 2013. Anyway let's keep our fingers crossed.

Hi for all,
I'm from Mid East but working in China for 6 years.
I have been reading this forum for a while and i found that its really useful to get more info.

Can some one help me to confirm whether if i'm eligible to immigrate to Quebec or not based on my below status. Actually. i'm applying already in Jun 2012 through an Lawyer in Quebec and he confirmed me that it's OK i can apply........but i have one doubt in my area of training as per the below table, you can see my AOT is not in the list......., so i get Zero point but my wife is in the list as Accounting......but i'm the applicant cause i'm already passing TEFAQ with good score , if i wait for my wife's TEFAQ, we should wait another 3 months at least. Also i haven't got FN/AOR until now which makes me worried cause my lawyer have applied from 3 months but he told me it's going very slowly now.
To make myself calm, i made the Assessment many times on Quebec website and each time i got the MSG that i can go on for applying....but i'm still worried regarding my AOT......Also i have sent my case to another lawyer and he told me the same.i can apply..however my APT is not in the list....I'm really confused......
Can any one read my case and feed back...,, thanks...

Hi BIOLAH...

Sorry i did not respond to you early enough.. I actually had my Interview on 20th June and i was initially short by 2 points (i had 0 for Work experience) i was awarded 0 for work experience because i did not have evidence i was working legally... pay slip , pension etc dont count.. they needed to see evidence of tax remittance. I eventually returned home and came back to meet the officer on his last day in accra.. showed him the tax documents and he granted me our CSQ (me, wife and my 2 kids).

French speaking was initially an issue -- he was barely ok with my french but was not impressed with my wifes. However, he was compelled to be lenient (lot of prayers)

I guess i was favored though cos i ran into the interviewer in a hotel the night before the interview.

Congrats my brother....God will see you though the federal process in Jesus Name

Hi. I'm from the Philippines and I'm about to send my application for CSQ to BIQ HK. However I'm a bit confused about the payment method. Should the bank draft be necessarily drawn on a Canadian bank? Or can
I pay through bank draft issued by our local bank as long as it's in Canadian dollars?
