Processing time for ICT work permit

Hi, can you please guide me in terms of specific requirements for specialised knowledge workers in ICT WP.
I think you should read this , it has all general requirements listed here.

I had applied for ICT under Specialized Knowledge for myself, a Open Work Permit for my spouse and a Study Permit for my kindergarten daughter from Chennai, India, and currently the status is "application in process at VAC, Bangalore"
Here are my timelines
07-dec-2019 - Medicals done
31-dec-2019 - Biometrics and Submitted document @ VFS Chennai along with passport
Yet Awaiting response

My ICT is submitted on Nov 21, 2019
Time line goes as :
No updates till date.
Mine is submitted in Hyderabad, pending with Delhi, India

- Nov 26, 2019 Biometrics completed
- Nov 26, 2019 onwards waiting for further steps

The website then showed 8 week for me on Nov 26th. Now its showing 5 weeks from India. Looks like it's an average number and inclusive of all kinds of visa's as it's changing time
I am also still waiting with the same message "application in process at VAC, Bangalore", and complete silence since then. Will keep posted ..
I am wondering where did you see the message "VAC Bangalore" ? on email or somewhere on portal ?

(1) Gave biometrics and paper filed in VFS Center Chennai on 31-dec-2019
(2) Received tracking# on 1-jan-2020
(3) Have options to track status with tracking# and DOB under https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india/track-your-application.html
(4) The status message once I enter, shows "application in process at Visa application center, Bangalore"

I have read through other forums as well on canadavisa.com, looks like ICT processing delays has started by the end of Septembr 2019. Application previous to this, like applicants on this thread got ICT processed in 2 to 5 weeks. And now its 7 to 9 months processing, I am sitting on 5 months nw, upfront medical and biometrics done. Just waiting.........

I did give biometrics in VAC Hyderabad, but how to get tracking id ? My application filled directly on CIC site and there it's not showing any such details
That's hard to believe. If that's true, why my stupid service team says "other who applied later on Nov 25th" are getting approvals.?
Something fishy..
Check other threads as well like 1) work permit application past processing time 2) canada work permit processing from uae Abudabi 2019.....you will get more clear idea....
