Linked my PR card application nov 12- submitted, no update
Dec 8- PR card approved message and that has dispatched and take upto 6 weeks in mail.

I submitted my declaration, address and photo on October 8th recieved my copr certificate the same day.
Everything on my portal is still in review and I have still not received my PR card.
I know several people that received their copr certificate after me and have already received their Pr card. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing, or has experienced the same issue with obtaining the Pr card, seems like something has been lost in the processing considering I have waited over 2 months for my card.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I received my email asking for information on 3rd dec and replied on early morning of 5th dec but i haven't received my login details yet its 10th dec today is it normal?

ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca send an email to them its what helped with mine it was finally mailed on the 2nd
Hey where did you get the approved message? The new PR Portal or GCKey account? And did you get an email along with the message?
Do you know if I can email them about urgent processing? I'm travelling outside Canada soon due to serious illness of family member - I replied to the email that sent me the credentials with the proof of urgency etc. but wondering I should email this id as well.
Itcc doesnt do urger processing for first pr cards are they are considered urgent already but you can email them with ur situation and if you get a good agent they will help in pushing it through

I received a formal request to update my traffic history through the MyCIC portal this week. However, when I login through MyCIC and click through “Details about your application status” and “View submitted application" - there's no link open on this page to upload additional documents.
I've tried calling but can't get through - has anyone else experienced this and could please assist? Thanks!
