Update:
I was able to link my PR card application to my IRCC account portal.
It says the application was approved on Nov 5 and the PR card has been mailed.

I used UCI and Family Name.

Just curious, When you linked your application directly in Portal it showing Approved status or Submitted status?
I linked my application on 4-Nov and but Portal showing Submitted status on 05- Nov and my Ecopr date is 27-OCT.

It says submitted.
But within the application, it says approved and pr card mailed.

Does your ECoPR and PR card application submitted date matches? I mean , as per my knowledge when you receive ECOPR and IRCC will process the PR card that day onwards..?

my ecopr is oct 22 and pr card is nov 5

Linking your pr card application is not mandatory. It's just for your own reference.
You can link it from your ircc login. Click add/link existing application link.

Hi there, sharing my timeline:

VO - Etobicoke
My location - Toronto
No dependants

Mar 5th - applied for PR
Oct 7th - email asking for credentials, emailed back on the same day
Oct 8th - access to portal, uploaded address and photo
Oct 14th - received eCOPR, address approved
Oct 15th - linked to CIC account
Now - waiting for PR card...

Did you send any follow up email after Oct 8th or just submitted and waited for CoPR?

Got my eCOPR today, after waiting for 55 days !!

Guys here is a thing which i guess helped me.
I would like to share.
I waited for copr for almost 9 months.
Portal request 9 oct 2021
Same.day picture and address uploaded.
No response for 14 days was in review.
I just randomly replied on the email which they sent and asked for port of enrty and all that stuff and aksed if anything else is required.
And with an hour i got my copr.
Try that guys.
Maybe it'll help you.

Hi guys,
I had an issue with the portal. We are a family of 5, but in my portal account the created information for 4 only, one of my son was missed. I reply to the confirmation several times to tell them about the issue and ask them to add my son to my account, but I have no feedback from them.
Does anyone have the same issue? Please tell me how address it!(

I actually did this yesterday and I finally received my eCopr after a month of waiting.
I also sent them a message through webform.

Can you please share the template email?
And what is the option that you selected when creating a webform?

Mine is as follows:
1. Received email asking for information - 20th May
2. Received log in details for the portal - 20th May
3. Declared my presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal - 21st May
4. ECOPR - Still waiting...
5. VO - Etobicoke

Hey Guys I have got the portal email and I have submitted the photo and address. However, I see the eligibility in review. How can I get my ecopr?? is it the same as copr?? please advise
