No. I'm still anxiously waiting. (Replied on 4th July)

It has been one week and still no access to portal

Yes, Montreal VO seems to be very slow. I got the first email on 3rd July and they still havent sent me the 2nd email.

There's no pattern to it, to be honest. We've seen them send out portal 2 late in the evenings and even on weekends. Feels like they haven't sent out portal 2 to anyone here in a few days though.

I'm excited to post an update as we just received the email saying my husband's PR status is granted !
I will update again once card is received.

Portal 1: 12 July
Portal 2: 13 July
VO: Etobicoke
ECOPR: 18 July
PR Card: not yet

I mean surely 14 days is a long time. I have an important trip outside Canada to plan but because of this i am having to delay my plans.
