Hi,
I was able to talk to an agent and he wasn’t helpful at all. Every question I asked, he replied I have no answer to it. Just that my application was still being processed. I did ask him which month’s applications are being processed- same answer he doesn’t know. He kept saying the applications are case by case.
I guess I ll call again.

Like 3 hours ago around 1pm PST.
They really have no information more than what we are already seeing on our GCKey and portal. They know the system doesn’t update status accurately and they won’t confirm it either. So the only thing is to forget everything until by miracle it arrives in your mail. I can’t afford more stress and anxiety.

Hmm, that's strange. I'd try calling a few more times - some agents are more helpful than others, but it's true they have limited information

It should be straightforward but what to do if they’re taking forever ?

I have no answer. I mean we are seeing others getting their cards in the timeline stated by IRCC and on the other hand we are waiting almost twice as long.

MPs have no approach with IRCC. They are pretty much useless. The last option is demand letter which I hope I don’t have to go through.

Still haven't received it though I've been told it's been mailed. I submitted June 19th.

Okay okay. I hope you get your card soon. Atleast you know it was mailed. I have no idea what’s happening to mine except my application being processed despite JSON data suggesting it was completed on June 30.
