1. I have visited session on 20.09.2017.
2. I have sent EOI same date.
3. I have received ITA on 13.10.2017.

But I was unlucky, my IELTS was expired on 08.10.2017
That is why i didn't sent all documents to NB.

Now i started process again with new IELTS results. That is why i was surprised that there is a window for those who visited sessions.
Anyway, let's wait. Nothing to do from our side.

BTW how is your progress? Still waiting for ITA?

@lucifere i think your expired IELTS was still acceptable that time even if it expires because NB invites you based on the EOI data; only that you have to include a letter stating that you are soon to take an IELTS test.

Unfortunately nope.
First thing what i did i asked them directly with same argument you told.
And they said you must retake exam

Again, they check your AVAILABLE UNENCUMBERED FUNDS. And you have that.

Yes, I also read here in forum that personal net worth is not equal to proof of fund. I was just worried. Anyway, we already submitted our application today through fedex and estimated delivery date is Jul 12th so hopefully we can get AOR by then.

I think AOR is usually given the following day - unless they received it on a Friday or are experiencing a backlog. Some people received AOR email after a week, even though their courier tracking showed that the application was received and signed for earlier.

@pizzacat finally you have send your documents.. and good you send it thru Fedex because DHL does not have a direct office in NB, so a third party courier will deliver your stuff which takes additional 3 days. It happens to me when i sent my docs, and i was calling DHL canada to assist expedite the delivery. Although, their is a DHL service point office just beside the NBPNP, but they only accept sending of docs, not delivery.

I might send my new IELTS result soon this weekend maybe, and I will try using UPS. Please let me know how fast Fedex delivers' your docs i might use there service if not UPS.

@lucifere in my case however, I am not the principal applicant, my wife is. But what happened, EOI submitted 02May, we received the ITA last 11June2018 around 10pm. We submitted quickly our docs on the 15June. Received in NBPNP 21June, and AOR 22June. My IELTS expires on the 25June. My wife IELTS will expire this coming 30July. We both retake IELTS on the 30June and 07July. We did twice just to make sure we have a good score. I might be sending my result this weekend to NB. Hopefully I pass as I only need atleast CLB 4 for my case as a dependent.

But in the documents we sent, I attached a letter and the IELTS test confirmation informing NBPNP that we will be retaking the IELTS. I am just hoping we will not be refused because of my expired IELTS.

But your case is a little bit different.
Your wife's IELTS was expired AFTER AOR.

In my case, IELTS was expired AFTER EOI and BEFORE ITA... I believe it was the reason why officer asked me to retake exams.
So for now waiting for new window to sent my EOI again. Hopefully will get ITA again because all docs are ready

Nope.. we are waiting for one more refference letter.. will be sending it this saturday instead.. that would be our last deadline..

So we dont need to include the PO box when we send oir docs?

I sent our (my husband and I) documents through DHL. It took exactly 3 days to reach the PNP office in New Brunswick. No issues regarding P O Box or delivery to New Brunswick
