Firstly, I cannot categorically say you do not qualify for Morden, but Ms. Voth (Morden Immigration Cordinator) specified that they were interested in people with health, manufacturing, and, agricultural; basically people in real production, unfortunately not really services professionals like yourself.

As for the manitoba exploratory visit, Yes it is on hold at the moment, however, I believe they will re-open it shortly. It was probabaly closed to enable the MPNP process, requests that were already made earlier in the year 2013, just try to get all your documents ready including your IELTS scores.

I am a Business Manager & looking after Nestle Portfolio since last 3 years in Pakistan & prior to that I was associated with a reputed retail chain in UK with over all 8 years experience. I have successfully completed Master's in Marketing from a reputed University in London. My Wife is a Dental Surgeon with 5 years + experience. Furthermore my Wife has I.E.L.T.S with 7.0 Bands and I don’t have one but have my Masters Degree from UK & an English Language Certification course from UK as well. I am planning to be a Main Applicant as I have read in your previous post's that Dentistry is not in demand. Will you please update us about our eligibility?

Will be really glad if you also suggest us that who can be more eligible as a Main Applicant, if I select my wife as a Main Applicant Will I am able to visit by my own if get nominated?

-If my husband currently works in BC can his employment letter or our own apartment here serve the same purpose as bank statement showing minimum funds( we are going to sell the apartment next year as we want to move out of here).
- is the job offer needed for this?
- can we come and receive some support as e.g. Finding a job as soon as we get the support letter from you and before we become PR?

I am not sure if your application may be considered on the grounds that you already have 'ties' or 'links' with British Colombia (BC). The city of Morden seem to be interested in applicants who have NO such 'ties' to Canada whatsoever. However, still give it a go by going to their website(http://mordenmb.com/business/immigrate-to-morden/how-to-get-here) and following the application instructions there, and you will get a definite response from Ms. Shelly Voth the Morden Immigration Cordinator.

You have an impressive resume, unfortunately the Morden people may not be seeking someone who is into consulting/sevices professional, however, that being said, here are the options I think are opened to you. Manitoba and Quebec are looking for people with your experience to add value to the economy.

1) In the case of Manitoba, if you do not have a family member or close relative to sponsor your application, you can go the route of the Manitoba strategic initiative, where you can apply for any exploratory visit(EV), if you are invited to go for an EV and are able to prove sufficiently that you have an intention to economically establish yourself within the province, then they will give you a letter of approval to apply to the MPNP without having to need a sponsor, in essence the province will become your sponsor, you can get more details here so try to check other threads that specialise on the MPNP.

2) Quebec has also go a descent scheme that may be interested in your skills, but I'd say you should first take the online assessment here to evaluate your chances, if you get a positive outcome then you can look at other threads that focus on the Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) scheme.

So don't give up, stay positive even though you;ve got a long road ahead of you, in the end you will make it if you work hard at it.

Thanks for the response Omofar. The strategic initiative for Manitoba is currently on hold but I have the screen open on my laptop. I refresh every couple of days to see if they opened up the EV again. I will start putting together the documents in preparation for that.

Regarding Quebec, don't I need to speak, read and write French fluently for that region?
