What is the email address and mailing address to which I need to send additional docs to be attached to the application...?

OttPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca

No space before and after "@"

I emailed them in December and 2 days later I received an email stating : "The enclosed documents were attached to your file"
Make sure you state your UCI and full name in your email.

Hi SUNBUN, AKAUR and TRACYLIU,

sorry to ask but ,Are you active in this forum, if so , is there any reason why you did not update the sheet with payment taken or AOR dates if applicable?

thanks,

Hello Guys,

I have a quick question... My CRA (Tax return) file got reassessed from the previous year and got new notice of assessment in the early January.

so my question is.. Should I send the latest Notice of assessment that I received or it should be fine.. Need help please?

incase If i have to send new assessment can I scan and send the document or should I have to mail to CCP -OTT?

Thanks

On a safer side while your application is still in process, better to scan and send it across.

Do you have any generic template that I can use?

And one more thing. Can I also send my current pay stubs with that too i guess?

I do not think you need any template for it. Quote your AOR number and send your doc.
If you have not included your pay stubs (for the 12 months period) in your application, you can send them now as additional docs. But if you are meaning to say that the pay stubs are the recent ones (for the period after you submitted your CEC application), they need not be sent.

In my opinion, and based on the interpretation of operating manual, the processing officer will assess eligibility based on the point in time when your application package is stamped. So unless there are updates to critical things like address change or ommission/error in the application package, you should not need to send them everything. The notice of assessment is just one of the ways VO assesses the ligitimacy of your company and job. In your case, since you received your reassessment after 2012 (your NORA is likely dated as 2013), it shouldn't be relevant to your application.

However, if you do feel the need to get this extra comfort, you can scan and email or mail in. If the reassessment is not pertaining to amounts from your T4, then you don't need to attach pay stubs. The officer can't match your pay stub to your NORA anyway.

Hope it helps...

Well in my case I have attached my ROE from previous employer which includes all the details of my pay stub.. Its just that after I changed my Job before I applied for my PR and gave update info except pay stubs from my current employer.. So i am thinking of submitting that too. What you say ?

If I read correctly, you mean that your PR application also covers the period under which you work at the current employer. Then yes, you should send in the stubs since the period forms part of your eligible experience, and you should have pay information to support it.

I am sending some additional docs by email to CPC Ottawa @ OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca. Is there any specific format for the email to start.
I am sending docs like latest paystubs, my recent WP...

I don't think there is a specific format. This is what I did:

Name: ------
Client ID: xxxx-xxxx
Application: Exxxxxxxxx
Passport number: xxxxxxxxx
Date of Birth: ------

To Whom It May Concern:

Please accept and add the attached documents to my Permanent Residence Application under the Canadian Experience Class received by your office on ---------.

Good luck!

( you don't need to send the pay stubs received after you filled your application, as the work experience is only counted up to that date)
