reference letters...my initial application only consist of COEs, and employement contract, no reference letters...
Hi! What is the difference of reference letters from certificate of employment? My wife submitted her application last Nov 23 and she attached her Certificates of Employment with her position, salary, number of years, number of hours worked weekly and her duties and responsibilities. We did not submit any reference letters. Her COEs have contact details of her previous employers.

Thanks in advance!

It's technically the same but if she's working on her current employer, the employer must provide a reference letter with her annual salary, benefits, position, working hours and total working hours during employment and job descriptions..

Thanks a lot! Hopefully, we will be nominated. I will post here our timelines..

Do you think there will be an issue if I also applied for other pnps such as Manitoba and Saskatchewan? I applied in their pnps, but my wife got her LOI from Nova Scotia.
