congrats! ive updated on the tracker
im also from visa exempt but they asked for a copy of my passport again AND 2 extra photos
looks like this will add few days to my timeline but im still gald to see things moving along for me

I'm from Korea too, but they didn't ask for copy of passport. I've heard that people get request for copy of passport again, but not the photos.
My photo was taken in Dec 2012, so maybe they asked for your photos because it was too old? Only VO will know. :-X

Any updates on PPR?? My passport return tracker hasn't been activated yet even after 11 days. It seems CIC has stopped working and will resume only after Christmas or perhaps new year

I got my PPR on December 21st . My lawyer had forwarded it to my office email id so could only get the information today. Sent the passports of myself and my wife along with 2 recent photographs.

I think they are working but we will get back our passports only in the new year

hi friends..today i got my gcms notes..and all my fear came true...no wonder I didn't receive any medical yet..and looks like I will never receive also...

Let me tell you about my company..as I told earlier, my company is a sole proprietor one..but my boss registered the company with his residential address and operated business from another location and that's where I worked and my employment letter had the same residential address.Now in the notes that's the concern they have.


heres the exact thing from the notes:

''Unsure of business bona fides after business online verification was performed.Business does not seem to have website.Some trade listings online matching record found.Address listed in employment letter appears to be a residential address. Review recommended. ''

That is my story after waiting for so long here..studying, working and waiting these 5 years will have no fruit..looks like my dreams of staying in this beautiful country will not come true..just for a small mistake and bad luck...don't know what to do..feel like crying as I am typing these words.. :'( :'(
