Hello. I'm still a little confused about the walk-in. By "You can walkin on each even Tuesday (2nd and 4th) on each month without appointment." does it mean that I can go every Tuesday? Every 2nd and 4th of the month only? Or Tuesdays that are 2nd or 4th? I know it may sound crazy of me but I still don't get it. Thanks for any help.

Only on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month or every even tuesday. That is what I know. Maybe you call them and check it. That will be perfect.

No, you need two extra photos for each of you. So go and get two more pics. Costco is cheapest one for that.

Just landed in Queen Street , notice still need two extra photos same size as the photo on COPR. The time start at 8:30, usually not many people this early.
