Actually, since you sent your application in on April 2nd, you are an April applicant....is there a spread sheet started for April yet?

Thanks for your reply.. because some of my friends told me that i can sponsor only if i have a full time job... So is it necessary to send an certifcate of employment?

From what I've heard from others on this site you just have to prove you aren't planning on going on welfare, because if you go on welfare you become ineligible. The govt doesn't want people to come to Canada just to become mooches (not saying that you are, but that does happen, so they want to make sure you aren't one of those). I saw other people here say you can even be on unemployment, as long as you are looking for work, and can show that you have good work history. Everyone has lost a job at one time or another. That doesn't make you a loser.

If anyone else knows more about this I'm sure they will chime in

Non accompanying dependents must have up front medicals completed and included with the principal application, otherwise the package will be rejected
