Congratulation! Wow well under 10 months! I think this is one of the fastest processing so far.. just wanted to ask what was your nationality before?

Decision made on November 16th. Everything marked as complete, but Oath still in process.
Unfortunately I'm abroad atm so I'll need to ask them to postpone the oath once the invitation comes. Luckily I'm not in rush to get the citizenship, my pr is valid until end of next year.
Does anyone have experience about postponing the oath?

In our case, application was delivered Jan 22, 2021 (paper), AOR date: Mar 18, 2021 (received by email).
How did you get your "in-process date" below, was it by email?

If you applied by paper (which you did) you can enter in your details here. It should state when your application began processing. Here is what mine looks like:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on January 21, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on March 18, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on May 20, 2021.

Let me know when yours began, and I'll update it on the spreadsheet for you. Also, what date did you send your application? It was delivered on Jan 22, but missing the date it was sent.

I know you asked for a like and not a comment but i could not like because my situation is not 100% like the one you describe. Me and my husband did have a citizenship test back in September and i've written here about it, but unfortunately people who Do have edit access on the Excel sheet didn't update it with my information yet. I totally get that it's a volunteer based project so i'm not complaining here
But the dates were like so (bolded is the updated info):

Request edit access so I could update I updated the excel for you. (I wasn't sure exactly what date to put for test invite letter/ecas date, but chose a couple of days before your test window so you can tell me to update if you have a better date.

Hey Guys... So I have some good news to share. I have finally got my tracker and ECAS updated today. ECAS shows "Decision Made" on 13 Nov 2021 and the tracker shows today 15 Nov 2021 everything completed with only "Citizenship Ceremony" as "in Progress". The following is my timeline if anyone is interested to know:

Application Sent: January 15, 2021
Application Received: January 18, 2021
AOR: March 15, 2021
Background Check: May 05, 2021
Citizenship Test Invite: July 09, 2021
Citizenship Test Taken: August 03, 2021
PS: DID NOT GET ASK/INVITE FOR ANY INTERVIEW AFTER TEST OR ANY REQUIREMENT FOR PASSPORT FULL COPIES
Language, Physical Presence, Prohibitions: Nov 12, 2021
Oath Ceremony: January 25, 2022

The schedule date given for my citizenship is now given. But it says in the tracker

follow the instructions we sent to you for information on:

• how to attend the ceremony
• what documents you have to present

Now I am assuming that I will be sent an official email with all instructions soon, or is it going to be mailed in a paper copy? If they are going to send an email with instructions, then within how many days should I be receiving that now that everything is complete? or is it near the date of the ceremony they will send the instructions?

Just checking with people who have already got the invite for the Oath and the instructions as well. Would really appreciate anyone here who can reply in this regard.

Added your timeline to the excel. To make it a little more complete, could you please provide the location you applied from, confirm it was a single application, # physical presence days you applied with, and the date that ECAS showed in progress? When you get your oath letter, let me know the date so I can input it!

Updated. Do you by chance know the date that your paper application was in process on ECAS? Your timeline is similar to my husbands. Paper, and nothing has happened since BGC early May 2021.

When I go to my online account, I just see:
Language skills: In progress
Physical presence: In progress
Citizenship test: Not started
Background verification: Completed
Prohibitions: In progress
Citizenship ceremony: Not started

I am not sure where this application is at in the process / what the next step is.

PS I was not aware it's possible to apply for citizenship ONLINE, dang! I love everything online and would have completely done it, instead I submitted my application by paper!

Yes, I believe that "In process date" was an email, but i can't guarantee with 100% that i remember right

And yeah.. i'm confused about the online applications too. we sent in paper in the start of the year but then in a couple of weeks i learned that we could have done it online. ugh! But the online applications were not processed a lot but then suddenly they started being processed faster than some paper ones... I don't think anyone could ever find a pattern on how this process works! lol!
