Any communication from IRCC at this point seems like gold.

RPRF request usually comes after passing eligibility. While I got mine in February and haven't heard much since, yours looks like you're getting close or at least someone looked at your file.

Are your medicals still valid or have they expired?

This is a request letter to submit the asked documents and the RPRF.

There is nothing much to read.

Most likely your eligibility is passed.

Yes my medicals are still valid, So it might still take more than six months to get my PR? What's your time line?

Hi @legalfalcon @legalfalconindia and all,
Please guide initially My vo was Nova Scotia but now my application has shifted to NDVO. What could be the reason? Is my application at final stage or it has been shifted for the verification purposes? How can one get information regarding the status of application from NDVO?

After the meds are passed they are sent to the IRCC health branch for reassessment where a decision will be made to extend them to ask for remeds.

My brother have a January 2021 AOR
I am a PR holder in Canada and I requested GCMS notes for him almost 4 months ago but still haven't received them.

Is it normal that the notes takes that much to receive? or is there something wrong?

While I've never ordered, it's definitely not normal. Should take about a month or so. You reach out, if you can, to know why you haven't received the notes yet

Has anyone ordered GCMS notes recently? How long does it take?

Does IRCC start to respond to Webforms? Any luck? I raised a webform 4 months, and wasn't able to get a response from them since they were so busy with refugees.

I tried calling IRCC through Skype, my call never went through.

I really need to get some updates on my application progress. My passport will expire in 7 months, I'm afraid I can't get my PR before then.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated!!
