Good morning everyone,
I’m posting here because I’ve reached a point where waiting is no longer a solution, and I’m hoping someone has dealt with a similar situation or can suggest what to do next.
AOR: December 16, 2025 (110 days)
Stream: Express Entry
Medical: Passed (January 23)
R10: Completed
Biometrics fees: Paid and clearly marked as verified by an officer in GCMS.

The problem:
I have not received my Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL) at all.
I ordered my GCMS notes, and they show:
Biometrics: Cancelled / Error
So this is clearly not a normal delay , it looks like a technical issue in the system.
What I’ve done so far:
Multiple IRCC webforms since February → only generic responses.
Several calls to IRCC → agents either don’t see the issue or tell me to wait
No escalation, no concrete action, no explanation.

At this point, it feels like my file is just stuck in the system. And honestly, without someone manually fixing this, I’ll never receive the BIL which could eventually lead to refusal for something that is not even my fault.

Please don’t tell me that “processing times vary” or that I just have to wait, because this is clearly not about normal processing it’s about a technical error that requires human intervention.
Any help or shared experience would be really appreciated.
