Yeah they will have to change the whole law only if they see that they are lacking and are not able to satisfy the immigration process. This change could be considered if we try to raise our voices not just in this forum but with something that catches their or ministerial attraction. We can’t just sit here and think oh it’s never gonna happen because they have to change the whole process.
Of course they should consider it as million immigrants got affected by this delay. Change is not gonna come in a plate neither to IRCC not to us.
