Been waiting since Nov 25, no movement whatsoever

Pretty much what the title says: I have anxiously been waiting for updates since I applied for my Non EE PNP PR - Outland but haven't even received my AOR yet. My fellow applicants who applied from inland have even received their FDs and im desperately hanging on a rack currently. Any ideas on what to do? Ive raised a webform already but then again - no updates there either
