Hii everyone... I wrote to CPC regarding my file status and they reply me saying they have already sent me the mail to submit the documents , but we’ll i did not receive any..can anyone help me whom to approach next and what to do ??

but my client ID is 10 digit number, do have to use my husband UIC ?

My partner is my sponsor. She lives here in NZ with me. She is a Canadian citizen. When completing the request for GCMS notes even though she is here in NZ can I use her details on the request or is it better to use her parents who live in Canada?

Hello could you kindly assist with completing the new form. I'm a bit confused as my spouse is sponsoring me from Canada and we are not using a representative. Do I fill her details as representative and relative?

I just did.
I was doing it for my son's sponsorship app's files.
So in the new form,
I added my details in the first section.(1)
In section 2, I put my son's name (and signed for him)
In section 2.1, I added my wife's (his mother) details and got her to sign.
In section 2.2, I added my details, as his father and signed.

Did you write anything under "Use the space below to provide relevant information to help IRCC process your request (maximum 500 characters).". I am requesting the refusal notes for a TRV. I think the option I selected is self explanatory however I am wondering if I should write anything
Also what does 2.1 mean? I am requesting the refusal notes based on my girl friends behalf.

I was mentioning about the consent form. Not the Application web form.
In the notes field, yes, you can mention about the application..

Really confused with this new format of consent form. Want to order gcms notes for my mother. I am the sponsor and my siblings are also part of application as dependant children. How do I fill this form? Can I write my siblings info as well and get their signature on form in the relative section??

I am applying GCMS notes for my husband's sponsorship application.Kindly advise -In the revised consent form,in
section2.I put my husband's information
section 2.1 i put my information.
Now shall I put my info in Section 1,too as IRCC states that,"By signing this form you authorize IRCC to release your information to the designated representative."
